Almost done - lets talk gifting.

First let me say, I hope you've enjoyed my first
foray into blogging.  It's been fun putting out
a series, especially during Covid, that hopefully
inspires you to think about the handmade 
market.

So, lets talk briefly about gifting.

I don't know about you, but it's hard to find the
perfect gift for that special someone.  Trends drive
what can be found in stores (or on-line) And what
if the recipient of your gift isn't into the current
trends; their taste may be more eclectic.

This is where the handmade market comes in.
  
You can find so much more interesting, fascinating,
intriguing, inspiring, unique, even a little funky in
terms of goods!  How about a beautifully crafted clay
platter, or hand-dyed scarf, a thought-provoking 
black and white photo beautifully framed, a heirloom quilt,
the shapely blown glass vase with freshly gathered florals
and any of the aforementioned items very likely are
one-of-a kind...
the possiblities are almost endless.

Next time you are looking for a perfect gift, give the
gift that encourages an artful life!
